ABSTRACT

Don really liked Frank. He was a straightshooter and very clear about all his expectations. What Don liked most, however, was the result of the Hoshin Kanri. Now, for the first time, he understood the Wall, and why Jorge had been so positive about the Hoshin planning process. He’d also learned that there were two components to a Hoshin process: top-down metrics and a three-to-five-year strategy. This week, they were only going to develop their top-down metrics.
