ABSTRACT
The rest of the day had been spent fleshing out the remainder of the metrics for Don’s entire organization. For the most part, Frank let the Lean council, those who were Don’s direct reports, develop the metrics on their own. He only intervened if they were stumped or going off track. When the day had ended, everyone was exhausted, especially Frank.
