ABSTRACT
Jim’s 5 a.m. flight was delayed by almost five hours. He was furious. Instead of being there for the 8 a.m. kickoff, he didn’t arrive until almost noon. Before meeting with Don, he went directly to the training room where Frank had assembled the team for lunch.
