ABSTRACT
A cause-and-effect diagram is a visual presentation of possible causes of a specific problem or condition and their relationship to each other. The effect is listed on the right-hand side and the causes take the shape of a fish bone. It is for this reason it is sometimes called a Fishbone diagram.
