ABSTRACT
The NT/IT roadmap consists of three substreams: 1. Target architecture and technical product development:
Technically developing new products and deriving the NT target architecture.
2. NT rollout: Establishing NT readiness for rollout, planning resources,
and preparation for rollout. 3. IT roadmap:
Establishing the readiness of IT applications, especially implementing new products and processes (i.e., implementing a migration process and adjusting existing processes).
