This chapter provides an in-depth look at the commercial aspects of the PSTN migration process. The main activities of the go-to-market work stream include: 1. Communication plan: Delineation of the external and internal

communication strategy and plan. 2. Sales channel plan: Orchestration of the sales channels in the

migration process and up-and cross-selling opportunity. 3. Training: Development of training activities for all functional

groups that are involved, including an all-employee training. 4. Migration support from CC/technical service: Optimization of

resources needed during and after the migration.
