ABSTRACT
Once the baseline assessment has been completed and identified gaps closed, the organization will necessarily transition into a mode of sustainment or continuous improvement depending on the vision of the organization. Most organizations embark on a process of continually pushing themselves for higher and higher performance. Therefore, as performance targets and element requirements change over time, it’s necessary to assess the performance of the business on an ongoing basis.
