ABSTRACT
We see organizational improvement as a mass movement intended to reach everyone in the company. Bui such a broad improvement initiative is also new to many companies, and mobilizing everyone can be difficult. A mobilization strategy is needed. An effective strategy must have three CEO involvement, strategies for and organizational infrastructure. The first two parts are the subject of this chapter; the last is the subject of 21.
