Kansei and Organizational Management

The term amoeba management is known in Kyoto Ceramic (currently known as Kyocera), founded in 1959, and launched by Kazuo Inamori. It is a mechanism of corporate organization or organizational management. Fifteen years later, Suntory, as an efficient management organization, ends up with an amoeba management formula, but using another appropriate term: the selfmanagement method.
