Playing the Dice Game To play the Project Dice Game you’ll need Figure 19-1, a standard six-sided die, and some pennies (30 should be enough). In this environment pennies represent projects. If a penny is in the “Project Starts” circle, its project hasn’t yet been started. If it’s in the “Completed Projects” circle, it has been finished. Pennies anywhere else along the processing path are considered to be “workin-process.” The object is to complete as many projects as possible within a 4-week time span.
