ABSTRACT
Local measurements, which measure parts of an organization at a nonglobal level, are also extremely important. In the current reality tree of Chapter 5 we saw some problems arise from locally measuring how busy people are, and whether they meet their individual commitment dates. That alone should make it clear that local performance measurements are an important part of any implementation.
