Take Stock Do you believe you’ve already implemented the concepts in this book? If so, test your belief. Pick five people in your organization at random. Ask each to state the goal of the organization, and where the key leverage points are. Were they able to answer? Did the answers agree? If the answer to either question is “no,” then Theory of Constraints is not fully implemented in your organization.
