We have reached the end of the book, but we’re still at the beginning of the journey. Theory of Constraints itself has come a long way, and still has a long way to go.
In the Introduction we talked about how far TOC has come. Many of its fundamental principles were viewed 10 years ago as revolutionary, even crazy; now they are taught in many major corporations and universities. TOC and TOC-related concepts have become competitive weapons.
