Synthesis of dye intermediates

Abstract: Dye intermediates are the transition compounds formed through reaction of basic raw chemicals and can be readily used to synthesise other dye intermediates or colourants. Manufacturing dye intermediates helps to reduce lead time with consistency in synthesised dye or chemical thus requiring lesser inventory and to restrict synthesis of dye with only a handful of intermediates. Ready availability of intermediates shortens the flow of material in an organised manner too.
