ABSTRACT
Plasma can be defined as the ionized state of gas which is considered to be the fourth state of matter. Based on the operating system temperature, the plasma can be classified into thermal plasma and non-thermal plasma or cold plasma. In thermal plasma, essentially equal density of positive and negative charges would be present and can exist over wide range of temperature and pressure.
