Activity-based resource assignments At the end of the critical path method (CPM) scheduling process, we have a schedule for the MegaMan Development Project delivery that shows it will last 34 weeks. We know from the Total Project Control (TPC) Business Case’s metrics regarding the value/cost of time that with such a duration we can expect sales of only $2 million, or 20 percent of what they would be if we could finish four weeks earlier.
