ABSTRACT
Overview of planning the work I mentioned earlier that every project is a compromise among the three variables of scope, time, and cost and may be pictured as the triangle in Figure 3.1. I mention it again not because I want to bore you to tears, but because this paradigm drives so much about the project context, whether within one project or throughout a project-oriented organization, that it keeps resurfacing as the jumping-off point for further issues and discussion.
