ABSTRACT
The meeting has just ended. My team has just approved my new ideas. I smile at the folks around the table and say, “I will mail you all a copy of the action plan as we discussed.” As I stood up I had another thought and added, “It is probably best you all keep quiet about the information I gave you about our new bosses coming.” They nodded in agreement.
