Richard is not looking forward to visiting Ronson & Ronson. Hugh Greenlees’s behavior triggered all of his internal alarms at the mapping training session. Consultants know there is often going to be someone like Hugh, but just for once he wished to avoid the usual hassle. There is an element in most people that wants to avoid conflict and unpleasantness. It seems to manifest itself in a kind of apprehension, whether liked or not.
