ABSTRACT
I was surprised to find I was inspired by the meeting with Richard and wanted to know more. I jumped into Google and searched for “Lean Mapping Books.” In the top three was Strategic Lean Mapping by Steven Borris. Clicking on it, I was taken straight to Amazon. Within a couple of minutes the e-book was downloading onto my tablet. I read the first chapter before getting back to work.
