Hamish walks into the boardroom. He seems happy. Michael and Richard are already there. It’s hard to imagine it has been less than three weeks since they started this project. Urgency sets its own timescales. Today they are going to work on the project plan and, as Hamish is the third musketeer, he has to be here.
