ABSTRACT
Michael and Richard have just arrived in the little office Phonethics provided. It is a functional workspace. Just as well, as the data they requested have been laid out on the main table. Some of the piles must be two feet high. The document stacks look like a replica of the Manhattan skyline. Michael is surprised. He did not expect pages and pages of raw data; rather, he thought it would be in the form of usable, readable graphs. But, he muses, “I guess I did get what I asked for.”
