ABSTRACT
Not a normal Sunday morning, today Michael and Richard have a special training course. They arrive at 7:30 a.m. to get organized, but find Kevin and Rajiv are already here. The room is set up exactly as requested: The seating is arranged in a large, open-mouthed, U shape, kind of like a horseshoe for horses with legs pointing the wrong way. Richard likes how it invites an easy and close interaction with the participants. At the open end of the horseshoe, the consultants have positioned four flip charts on their easels.
