The construction of expressways in the west, generally occur with high filling and excavation of roadbed structures [1-2]. After completion of construction of high fill embankments, subgrade settlements often appear and even cause the destruction of pavement structures and engineering accidents [3]. In order to ensure the safety of the normal operation of highways, according to the law of development of high filling subgrade settlement, observation data and combining site, Gompertz curve model is applied to predict the settlement of the roadbed.
