ABSTRACT
This regional Port State Control Agreement (PSC) among Maritime Administrations was signed in 1982 by fourteen European countries. At present, twenty-seven countries are parties to the Paris MoU. The European Commission, although not a signatory to the Paris MoU, is nowadays represented in the Paris MoU bodies.
