ABSTRACT
Data analyses of an adaptive trial include point and confidence parameter
estimates, and adjusted (conditional and unconditional) p-values. The issues
surrounding these topics are controversial; even the definition of bias, confi-
dence interval, and p-value are not unique with adaptive trials.
