ABSTRACT
The previous chapter highlighted the categories of conflicts. Within that framework, it was clearly stated that a competitive crisis is not an isolated incident. Rather, it is inextricably tied to some preexisting internal conditions or unusual external events that were left to fester within an organization over an extended period of time.
