ABSTRACT
Paul John Flory received many honors and awards. As noted in the chapter on Ohio State, he received his first medal, the Joseph Sullivant Medal, in 1945. This was a career award for international distinction, but Flory received it after only 11 years. Ohio State also awarded Flory a DSc in 1970.
