ABSTRACT

Regression is a powerful method to study the association between a dependent variable and various independent variables and is the main approach to evaluate repeated measures. When several covariates (independent variables) are available, regression models are ideal and a standard tool for the analysis of data. Regression analysis is an important topic in statistics, and many textbooks are accessible. For a good introduction, see Chatterjee and Price1; for a Bayesian approach, see Ntzoufras.2
