ABSTRACT

On reaching a decision to execute an innovation project, a new process is required to achieve a successful conclusion and make the project ready for implementation. The process offered in this chapter begins where the previous chapter’s process ended and is based on innovation type and the N2OVATE™ methodology. As the project begins the implementation phase, the innovation project lead and team can expect modifications to occur in the N2OVATE™ process. These modifications are a natural dynamic in the agility and effectiveness of the N2OVATE™ process and are driven by (1) the fact that the improvement normally varies from normal production efforts and (2) the emphasis on adjustment and adaptation.
