ABSTRACT

Innovation is both a concept and a reality. It often begins with an idea, but can translate into a product or service. We know innovation when we experience innovation. Individuals use their perspectives to evaluate and judge innovation. The paradox is that we may “experience” it differently from someone else but arrive at the same conclusion. These perspectives are as diverse as those who experience the innovation. Yet, these perspectives come together or coalesce to explain the concept of innovation. This “coalescence” of perspectives provides a wellspring of opportunity.
