The typical electrical properties of polymers are reviewed in Table 5.2. Apparatus for carrying out these measurements are discussed in Table 5.1. The
ATS FAAR teraohmmeter model M 150 E or equivalent is suitable for carrying out these measurements according to American Society for Testing of Materials (ASTM) D1401-02 [1], DIN IEC 60093 [2], and DIN IEC 60167 [3].
