ABSTRACT
Trucks come to a service area every 25 ± 10 minutes. Only one truck can be serviced at a time. This service takes 20 ± 8 minutes. The truck then travels in 3 minutes to a second service area where, again, only one truck can be serviced at a time. This second service takes 18 ± 5 minutes. Simulate for 100 shifts of 480 minutes to determine the utilization of each service bay.
