ABSTRACT
The wave interaction with a wave energy converter is studied in this paper. In the past two decades, Numerical Wave Tanks (NWT) have been developed to solve different wave body interaction problems.The free surface boundary conditions are linearized in the linear wave body interaction and the problem is solved in the time and frequency domain by Nakos et al. (1993). For weakly nonlinear problems, the perturbation theory has been used but it is very complicated for higher order problems.
