The contribution of pharmacists to health care and health gain has been the subject of considerable debate. Notable, too, is the amount of attention that has been given in the last decade to the impact that the changing demographics and employment patterns in pharmacy have had on the supply and demand for pharmacists and other pharmacy support workers.
