ABSTRACT
When determining what is important as far as the critical success factors for control, it is important to have a full understanding of the environment and the stakeholders. Leadership aspires to have the entire enterprise understand what is considered a success and what is considered a failure so when information is relayed through the dashboard, everyone on every level has the same expectations and understanding. Also factored in must be the understanding that different levels and variations of personnel bring about varying perspectives about the same challenges. We touched on this in a prior chapter.
