ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Nowadays nobody doubts about sense and content of the construction project preparation. Additionally construction project preparation presents an essential assumption for the trouble free progress of the execution phase of construction. An emphasis is on the active using of the construction project preparation documents, which are used for the observing of the contract conditions, budget and required quality of the construction project. The aim of this paper is to investigate (using chi-squared test) the impact of company size to construction management documents processing and using in Slovak construction companies. This investigation is created through results of research done by Institute of Construction Technology and Management at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Technical University in Kosice.
