ABSTRACT
The first mention of the Sustainable Development (SD) was at the Conference in Paris (1968). Group of economic experts led by D. Meadows in document The Limits of the Growth in 1972, also known as the first Club of Rome report, mentioned the need for sustainable utilization of natural resources (1972).
