ABSTRACT
Lean Six Sigma supports the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ® Guide) and assumes that most International Lean Six Sigma practitioners already have a basic knowledge of project management. There are, however, a few deviations in Lean Six Sigma not supported by the PMBOK ® Guide.
