ABSTRACT
As noted in the preface of this book, our nation is facing a leadership crisis. Nearly one-third of all Americans were born between 1946 and 1964. More than 76 million people will soon be leaving the workforce, and although much has been written about this dynamic, few companies are really prepared for the massive transformation. This makes having a strong infrastructure such as Lean Six Sigma even more important.
