ABSTRACT
Chances of implementing and sustaining process improvements is increased as employees become more aware of how to apply Lean Six Sigma to their own projects. Often, the International Lean Six Sigma (ILSS) practitioner is effective in accelerating this effort by performing the role of trainer, mentor, or champion.
