ABSTRACT
Liquid-fluid interfaces appear in different forms (e.g., simple and complex) and their complete dynamics are not yet fully understood due to their interphase coupling, whereby different phases may strongly affect one another. In addition, the interactions between physicochemical properties and hydrodynamics usually make their dynamics considerably complicated.
