ABSTRACT
Following Chapter 6, suppose the parameters describing instantaneous availability fluctuation are I, and the selected parameters mainly include availability amplitude, occurrence time of minimum availability, adaptation time, and mean availability (one or more), depending on different models; here, I refers to all the fluctuation parameters in a general sense.
