ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the motives of implementing on-chip voltage converters into LSIs are described in Section 7.2. The design issues of on-chip voltage converters are discussed in the following three sections. Section 7.3 presents voltage reference circuits that generate stable reference voltages for voltage converters. Voltage downconverters and voltage up-converters are described in Sections 7.4 and 7.5, respectively.
