ABSTRACT
The application of metal oxides in the form of nanoparticles elds, thin lms is continuously expanding, ranging from photocatalytic to optoelectronic and solar cells, electrical and biomedical elds, sensors (Oskam, 2006), just to cite a few. Among these, in the last few decades ZnO nanomaterials have attracted the interest of scientists and technologists assessed by the huge number of reports on this class of nanomaterials (Figure 738).
