ABSTRACT
Equipment baselines are a great starting point for your total productive maintenance (TPM) program; the intent is for you to identify where current conditions are not being met on the machines. Before you can implement and execute ongoing preventive maintenance activities, you must identify certain repairs, upgrades, and modifications that are needed to bring the machines up to a “maintainable” level.
