ABSTRACT
Yarn balloon is formed on emerging from front roller nip and constant speed rotations given by the traveller, in the spinning zone (Fig. 5.1 (i)). This spinning balloon in the state of equilibrium is essentially a stationary wave system formed by circularly polarized transverse vibrations of a string. But still application of vibrating string theory on ring spinning balloon needs few assumptions with respect to yarn as well as mechanism.
