ABSTRACT
When a machine or new piece of equipment is installed in your department, it comes with a user’s manual or handbook, directions on how to keep it in good operating condition, and a troubleshooting guide on what to do when it breaks down. There may be special training on how to operate it, a technician specially qualified to operate it, a help-line phone number, and at the very least, some sort of guarantee or warrantee.
