Summary of the Course “Environmental Microbiology for Engineers”
The objects of study in environmental microbiology are bacteria, microscopic fungi, microscopic algae, and protozoa. Other microscopic objects such as viruses, metazoa, and the cysts of helminths are also important for environmental microbiology.
