ABSTRACT
Supraventricular rhythms are those which originate above the level of the ventricles, that is from the sinoatrial (SA) node, the atria or the atrioventricular (AV) node (Figure 6.3). There are several different supraventricular rhythms and all of these are discussed in this chapter.
